  • Employees can complete virtually any onboarding activities here (even W-4’s and I-9’s) as well as pre-enrolling in benefits with or without the assistance of BMG
  • Open enrollment can also be conducted on this site by your employees, and they can log back in at any time to review their enrollments, find all related documents, or report a life event (marriage, birth of a child, etc.).
  • HR personnel can have administrative access, allowing real-time access to employee information and direct reporting of changes (new hires or terminations) to BMG.
  • The software offers both payroll and carrier integrations with many partners to ensure seamless transfer of enrollment information, bridging the gap between your employees’ paychecks and your monthly invoices
